Login Help to Agent Corner and NAT Alarm Email access
Completing your previous registration
We will no longer be accepting "Incomplete Registration" as of Nov 10, 2007. If you have registered before and did not complete your registration or have not paid you will have to register again.
Forgot password/Member ID
If you have forgotten your user ID or password, click on Agent Corner: Login, and the link that reads “Forgot ID or Password”. You must enter the personal email address that was used for your NLC registration process. Upon request your ID or password will be emailed to you.
If this doesn't work please email support@mynlc.com and provide your NAT#, Full Name, last for digits of SS number, and DOB and we will email your password to you. Please NOTE: that this may take longer to respond as the above method is automated and faster.
Login problems
If you are trying to log into the NAT Alarm website using your “NAT number”, please make sure the box reads “Member ID” and not “Login ID”. Also the format for Member ID = NAT# like NAT1000 with no spaces.
Retrieve Email To retrieve your NAT Alarm email, you must login and click on “check email” (under Administration). The email address will appear on the personal welcome page.
