Submitting an online application to join NAT Alarm. NAT Alarm is fast and easy. If you have all required information on hand (please see list of required information below), most applications take less than thirty minutes.

You will need access to a printer to print and save a copy of the NAT Alarm, Inc.'s Associate Agreement. NAT Alarm suggests that you keep a printed copy of this agreement.

By clicking “I Agree” at the end of the application process, you affirmatively consent to receive from NAT Alarm documentation in electronic form that NAT Alarm may legally be required to provide you in writing.

Your application will not be submitted to NAT Alarm for consideration until you click the “I Agree” button at the end of the application process. You can “Exit” the application process at any time to stop the application process. You are not authorized to sell any product, earn any commission on any product, or solicit other individuals to join NAT Alarm until:

1. Your application is accepted by NAT Alarm. You will be notified by email when your application is accepted.

2. You have all the appropriate licenses, if any are required, to sell a particular product.

All information must be completed by the applicant. No other person can complete the information on behalf of the applicant.

Prior to beginning this online application, please make sure you have the following information available:

1. Your Social Security Number. By Federal Law, NAT Alarm must maintain social security numbers for persons to whom NAT Alarm makes disbursement. The number you provide must correspond to your legal last name . Company name is not allowed.

2. Background information.

   If you have derogatory remark(s) on your background, you must provide copies of documents and written explanation for such remarks.

3. Credit Card Information. You will be asked to pay a non-refundable $200 administrative services fee as part of the application. Please have an AMEX, Discover, Visa or MasterCard available. The name and address information on the credit card must match your name and address.
